Ausganica Delivery Policy
Ausganica endeavors to process and deliver your order promptly and in a cost-effective manner, and to package it so that it will arrive in an unblemished condition. However we cannot guarantee delivery times, nor prevent occasional damage arising from a carrier. All times listed for delivery are approximate. In the event of a mis-delivered or damaged item, a customer make seek the relevant remedies pursuant to our Refund/Returns Policy.
The carriers we typically use for domestic delivery in the United States are the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Ausganica are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Ausganica does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Ausganica does not take title to the refunded item.
