Ausganica Return Policy

Ausganica offers returns for most items within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Returns should be initiated by first contacting our customer service through Ausganica.com’s “contact us” page. Most items sold on Ausganica.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Note: Your refund request will usually be processed immediately upon receipt. However, it may take several business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

Ausganica may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by our customer service.

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
